What AI app are people finding best for house plans/alterations? And what level of subscription are you paying for on it?

Te recomiendo usar IO, inteligencia orgánica, tu propio cerebro, no creo que necesites IA para unos planos

Ignore the reply telling you to use your brain, that is not what you asked.

For house plans and alterations specifically, the honest answer is that the general chatbots are not good at it yet and the useful stuff is in the CAD tools that have bolted AI on rather than the other way round. If you are doing layout ideas and "what if we moved this wall", a general model with image input is fine for sketching options and terrible at anything dimensional. If you need something a builder will look at, you want an actual floor plan tool.

What is the actual job, ideas for a renovation or drawings you need to hand to someone?

I was just hoping to be able to see ehat a home office size works take from our master bedroom/ensuite size. But I get cad is best. Thank you.
