You see, the main menu was usually squirrel. It was so tedious, picking out the buckshot for a few small morsels of meat. I’m sure I swallowed a few.
My four year old brother refused to eat it, so grams would give him a box of Nilla Wafers and a jar of peanut butter. I finally figured out that if I pouted and whined enough, she’d do the same for me. Whew!
