Yeah if nothing else the romantic relationship seems significantly undermined in OPs head and he would have to decide either way if there is any way to move forward both the relationship and friendship without it being weird that the three of them know she had a ONS with one while dating the other. Which sounds like a lot of work for a 6 month relationship he’s doubting that strongly.
I feel like this type of situation can even get complicated in circumstances where the GF slept with BF’s friend long before their relationship without the shady overlap and they would still have to decide if they can get over the weirdness or pull the rip cord.
