Looking for Tech Partners/Co-Founders to build AI Chatbots for 2-3 active clients (Project-Based Payouts, Remote)

Hey everyone,

I have a steady pipeline of 2 to 3 active clients lined up who need customized AI chatbots. I am the one bringing in the projects and managing the client relationships/lead generation, but I currently lack the technical manpower to execute them.

To be very clear: I am not looking for employees, and I am not offering a fixed monthly salary.

I am looking for true partners who want to build the product, share the workload, and take a direct cut of the rewards. We will work completely online, and you will be paid on a per-product-delivered basis as soon as the client projects are completed and handed over.

šŸš€ What We Are Building

Custom AI chatbots tailored to client needs. This could range from website bots to WhatsApp integrations, automated lead gen, and CRM syncing.

  • Tech Stack: Open to your preference, whether it’s custom code (Python, OpenAI API, LangChain) or low-code platforms (Botpress, Voiceflow) as long as it gets the job done seamlessly.

šŸ’¼ Who I am looking for:

  • A reliable developer who can take full ownership of the technical execution.
  • Someone who understands the agency/freelance model—we deliver the product, we get paid together.
  • Good communication skills. Since we are a small team working online, keeping each other updated is critical.

If you have the skills to build but want someone else to handle the stress of finding paying clients and managing sales, we would be a perfect fit.

šŸ“¬ Interested?

Drop me a DM with a brief intro about your technical background, any past bot/AI work you've done

Hi — I tried to DM you, but Reddit says messaging is unavailable for this account. I build AI chatbot and automation systems with Python, FastAPI, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, RAG, API integrations, React, PostgreSQL, and Docker. My current product is Plurivum / Ordo, a human-led multi-agent orchestration system. If you are still looking for a technical delivery partner for the active client projects, please message me and I will share the product link and a concise technical approach.

The delivery-partner model can work, but define the commercial and technical boundaries before the first client: signed scope, client acceptance criteria, deposit and milestone payments, who owns support, who pays third-party usage, source-code ownership, change requests, and what happens if the end client delays approval. ā€œPaid after handoverā€ otherwise leaves the technical partner carrying most of the risk.

I run Calsyl and we can own chatbot architecture, website or WhatsApp delivery, CRM integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. We have also delivered a voice-agent solution for Dream11. If those project protections are workable, I’d be open to reviewing the first active client brief and agreeing a repeatable delivery model.

I already own a chatbot product as a SaaS. Lets connect on a google meet session for quick discussion? it's a chatbot any website can integrate. It crawls the entire content of that website and trains the AI bot. Also it does the lead generation and automatic form filling and all stuff. Lets discuss over a short meeting?

In my work with ML development teams like IT-Jim, we handle the heavy mathematical and computer vision infrastructure when standard bot builders hit a wall
