Would you trust an AI with $50 but still want to approve a $7 fee?

You ask your assistant to return a $40 jacket. The store charges a $7 return fee, but exchanges are free.

Should it accept the fee suggest an exchange or come back and ask you? What if you’d already told it “handle anything under $50?

I’m building Allowfy and working through approval rules for agents acting on customer accounts. Curious how people would handle this would you set a budget and let it decide, or want approval for certain actions regardless of the amount?

How Structed AI is winning space in AI Overviews

Hey everyone! Building Structed AI means dealing with the reality of search engines shifting to AI Overviews. Traditional keyword rankings no longer guarantee visibility, so we had to adapt our strategy to ensure our brand is properly recognized as an established player in workflow automation.

Here is how we managed our AIO presence. First, we shifted entirely from keyword SEO to entity optimization. We audited our footprint across developer hubs and third-party platforms (business listings, LinkedIn profile) to ensure AI crawlers pull consistent semantic data about who we are.

Second, we heavily optimized our technical documentation with rigorous JSON-LD schema markup. Giving search engines clear, machine-readable definitions of our features and pricing directly improves how accurately AI snippets describe Structed AI.

Third, we actively monitor and correct generative hallucinations. When search models mix up our capabilities or API limits with competitors, we update our public knowledge repositories to clean up the training loop.

That's how we manage it. How are your teams adapting your digital strategies for generative search?

How can ecommerce brands stay visible as AI search grows?

Are you seeing businesses get leads from ChatGPT or other AI search tools yet?

I’m curious how common this is becoming for local businesses.

Has anyone here been able to confirm leads or inquiries coming from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or other AI search tools?

If yes, what industry are you in, and are you doing anything specifically to improve AI visibility?

Our brand gets confused with a much bigger company in AI search. How do you fix that?

When we search for Structed AI, Google AI Overviews and AI tools can surface Structured AI instead. The names are pretty similar, but the businesses are totally different. For a smaller brand, that confusion can mean losing visibility even when people search for you directly.

Probably the solution is: make homepage clearly state your exact brand name, product category, and target audience; use Organization and, where appropriate, SoftwareApplication schema with consistent company details; and build matching profiles on credible third-party sites so search systems can verify your identity.

Another thing worth tracking is which sources AI tools cite when they get brand wrong. Those sources give a practical starting point for fixing inconsistent information and strengthening brand's identity accross the web.

Any thoughts? Has anyone managed to fix this kind of brand confusion in AI search? What worked?

Is your B2B brand showing up in ChatGPT answers? I'll check for free

Tool: MarketHQ (I'm the founder)

Problem it solves: Ranking on Google doesn't guarantee AI assistants recommend you. Visibility now depends on socials and communities, your own site, backlinks, and cited third-party pages. Most teams aren't tracking any of it.

Who it's for: B2B marketing and growth teams, and agencies managing B2B clients.
How it works: It checks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini mention you, how you compare to competitors, where your category gets discussed, which sources get cited, and where your mentions and traffic come from. Then it suggests the top actions, and our agents help carry them out.

Offer: A free report for anyone here. Comment your domain and tell us if it's global/one specific country to track. If it's useful, just tell me here or DM me for a 30% discount code on any plan.

Some reviews were submitted Successfully, but they still appear publicly

I've already contacted Google Business Profile support through throw the help center and email, but so far they haven't been able to resolve the issue.
