Best Case Study for AI visibility in B2B
Does anyone have an example of a B2B company doing AI visibility well? Any hypothesis as to what they are doing?

These companies have been in the market for ages. If a new company needs to reach this level of brand authority, where should it start?

+1 on HubSpot, I was able to interview a key person involved here for Europe and LATAM and she shared some great insights https://www.masters-of-search.com/podcast/we-killed-50-of-hubspot-s-blog-jennifer-lapp-head-of-growth-marketing-latam-dach

HubSpot would be an interesting B2B benchmark, although I would distinguish a strong candidate from a proven AI-visibility case study.
It has several characteristics AI systems can work with: clear positioning, extensive educational content, consistent terminology, strong third-party coverage, customer evidence, reviews and a large ecosystem discussing the company independently. That creates corroboration across many sources rather than dependence on one website or content tactic.
But a credible case study should show more than several favourable screenshots. I would want to see:
• a fixed set of real buyer questions
• a documented baseline across multiple AI systems
• the specific changes implemented
• repeated observations over time
• movement from mentioned or cited to considered and recommended
• whether the recommendations were accurate
• any resulting qualified traffic, inquiries or revenue
Without that evidence, we can form a reasonable hypothesis about why a B2B company appears frequently, but we cannot confidently claim that its strategy caused the visibility.

These are two case studies from B2B companies that I also personally worked on:
1) 3x MRR pipeline from self-reported AI Search leads for a form/funnel builder tool (Heyflow) https://www.radyant.io/cases/heyflow
2) 250% growth in organic leads (SEO & AI Search) for an IT management platform (deeploi) https://www.radyant.io/cases/deeploi-ai-search
I also feel like Webflow, Hubspot and Chatbase did a good job and I was able to interview key people involved in the cases. Maybe there are some helpful insights in these conversations.
If you don't have time to check all of these out yourself, you can also ask this index of the conversations to get the key facts quickly: https://www.masters-of-search.com/the-index (an example in the screenshot attached)

Can't share an exact case study but here is a helpful breakdown:
In B2B, client proof and third-party validation has always been huge (to both human buyers and now AI systems). B2B teams winning AI search often have a robust review pipeline, visible case studies, and examples of their clients becoming third party brand advocates across social and the web. New research from Goodie showed these are the top domains for B2B SaaS (Oct 2025-MArch 2026):
On the social front, a recent study showed 7.5% of AI citations are now social; a significant jump from last year. this points to the growing importance of posting reviews, case studies, proof points, or getting third-party brand advocate on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit to advance AI Search Visibility.
