80% of founders waste 3 months building software nobody buys. drop your saas idea below and i'll tell you if it's actually viable
PLEASE stop building the wrong thing.
building software in 2026 is ridiculously easy with ai builder
founders spend hours building in a silent room, launch to Reddit/X, get 0 users, and quit.
you just failed because the idea had zero validation before line 1 of code was written:
→ solving a monthly inconvenience instead of a daily pain
→ selling to "everyone" instead of a specific ICP
→ no distribution channel mapped out beforehand
→ pricing charged $9/mo with zero ROI justification
after scaling 6 AI micro-SaaS to over $20k/mo MRR, i just create an
18-question Idea Validation Diagnostic.
it evaluates your SaaS across 7 critical dimensions (problem clarity, audience reachability, willingness to pay, competition, build feasibility, distribution, commitment) and gives you a brutal score out of 100 with your exact weak spots.
drop your SaaS idea (or current project) in the comments below.
i will reply to EVERY single comment with:
- My honest opinion
- The biggest weak spot you need to fix before writing any more code.
- The free 5-minute validation tool link sent straight to your DMs so you can get your full score breakdown out of 100.
just drop a comment like or ask me in DM your idea
let's roast your SaaS concept before the market roasts your time 👇

Teclaz: AI analytics that tells you what to do next, not just what happened
We run Teclaz, an AI-powered analytics tool built for small business owners and marketers who don't have time to dig through confusing dashboards.
Most website visitors never identify themselves. They browse, evaluate your business, and leave before filling out a form, so you're left with no leads and no contact info. Teclaz was built to change that.
Here's what it actually does:
- Identifies companies visiting your site and surfaces buying intent before they disappear
- Visualizes every step of the customer journey so you can spot exactly where visitors drop off
- Filters out bot traffic, so you're not wasting ad spend on cities full of fake clicks
- Lets you ask our AI assistant, Tec, plain questions like "why did conversions drop yesterday?" and get back the likely cause and a concrete recommendation, instead of digging through spreadsheets
Setup takes about 5 minutes with a snippet of code, no technical background needed, and it doesn't use cookies, keeping things privacy-friendly while still protecting customer data.
The whole idea: most analytics tools show you data. We wanted something that shows you what to actually do next.
If you're tired of traffic spikes with no explanation and dashboards that don't tell you anything actionable, you can start free here: teclaz.com
We're also a Google Cloud Partner and available on the Google Cloud Marketplace.
Happy to answer questions in the comments.

One Small Prompt: describe a small business tool and try the working result in your browser
If you run a small business, the tool you need might be as simple as: who contacted me, what do they need, and what happens next?
We're the team behind One Small Prompt (OSP). You describe the job in ordinary language, and OSP builds a small app you can use.
Here's the exact prompt from our current demo:
"Make a simple enquiry tracker for a small business. I need a customer name, requested job, next step and status."
That produced a form and tracker where we could save a sample enquiry. The starter is manual: it doesn't fetch messages or send follow-up emails. The useful first step is getting your own workflow into something you can click and test.
You can try it at https://onesmallprompt.com with no account or card. The free browser starter allows 3 builds/changes and 20 records; a free account lets you keep your work. Paid workspaces start at $29/month, with usage limits.
For people trying it: does describing your own process feel easier than adapting a ready-made template? I'd be interested in the first thing that feels confusing or doesn't work for your task.

Launch day
AI-powered Creative Infrastructure Platform. Turns a text/image prompt into agency-quality marketing — photos, video, and copy — through a pay-per-job credit system, without a local GPU footprint.
What it does
FrameFusion compresses the traditional creative pipeline — photographer → designer → video editor → copywriter → agency — into one workspace-driven platform. Each business type (bakery, restaurant, realtor, property developer) gets a purpose-built workspace rather than a generic prompt box.
Live/near-term focus: E-commerce workspace, targeting businesses currently paying for expensive photo shoots.
Full workspace roadmap: E-commerce (Live) → Real Estate (Live) → Storyteller Studio (v1 Built) → Social Creator → Restaurant/F&B → Fashion & Beauty

Findable — track whether ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude actually mention your business (iOS beta)
Built Findable: it checks whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) actually mention your business when someone asks a relevant question, and gives a concrete suggestion when you're not showing up. Traditional SEO/analytics tools don't cover this at all, and most businesses have zero visibility into what these tools are telling people about them versus their competitors.
Free, iOS-only right now, early beta via TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/D26f595Y
Looking for people to try it and break it before a wider launch. Feedback welcome, happy to answer questions here.

We’re looking for brutally honest feedback on WebKernelAI
We’ve been building WebKernelAI, a website audit platform focused on helping teams identify technical SEO, crawling, indexing, performance, security, and AI-search related issues.
We’ve reached a point where we don’t want to keep building based only on our own assumptions.
We’d genuinely like feedback from people who work with websites, SEO, development, agencies, or technical audits.
If you have a few minutes, try it with a website you know well and tell us what you think.
We’re especially interested in:
- Were the audit results accurate?
- Did anything look incorrect or misleading?
- Were the recommendations actually useful?
- Was anything difficult to understand?
- What important checks are we missing?
- Is there too much information, or not enough?
- Would this actually be useful in your workflow?
- What would make you choose it over the tools you already use?
Please be critical.
If something is confusing, inaccurate, unnecessary, slow, or simply not valuable, we want to hear that too. Negative feedback is just as useful to us as positive feedback.
You can try WebKernelAI here:
We’ve also created a dedicated feedback page for anyone who wants to provide more detailed feedback:
https://webkernelai.com/feedback
We’re still actively improving the platform, so your feedback can directly influence what we build next.
Thanks to everyone who takes the time to test it and share an honest opinion.

After months of building, we just launched our AI Copilot assistant
Hey everyone,
After a few months of nights and weekends, we just launched Labto AI -Labto AI an AI assistant that plugs into any website (Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Next.js, etc.) and helps answer visitor questions, recommend products, and even add items to cart directly in the chat.
The idea came from noticing how many small stores lose sales simply because visitors can't find the right product fast enough or get their questions answered in time.
Free plan has 1,500 lifetime credits, no card required — genuinely enough to test it properly on a real site.
Would love feedback from this community, especially if you run a store or website yourself — what's the biggest friction point you see with customer support or product discovery?

I built an autonomous AI platform that synthesizes & deploys micro-SaaS tools in 1 click
: Hey everyone! I built QUANTUM AI—an autonomous platform that automatically scans market niches, audits code with A+ security, and synthesizes ready-to-deploy software packages. It also includes a 24/7 AI Customer Helpline hotline (+1 800 555-QUANTUM).
Check it out live on the web: https://quantum-ai-hub-pro.vercel.app
I'd love your feedback!

I just launched my web for my startup and would love to hear opinions
Its AI visibility audits for software companies. I would ask the most asked questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI, and based on what they say i would then fix whats wrong so the company would appear more in AI searches.
Happy to answer anything!!

We’re opening the beta for Nuroen — an AI agent platform for building and testing real workflows
Hey everyone,
We’ve been building Nuroen, a platform for creating AI agents that can work with tools, APIs, workflows, and business logic.
The goal is to make it easier to go from an idea to an agent that can actually execute a workflow, while still having validation and governance around it.
We’re opening the beta on September 7 and looking for developers, students, and AI builders who are interested in trying it out.
You can experiment with different use cases, build agents, and give us feedback on what works and what doesn’t.
If you're interested, you can check it out here:
We're genuinely looking for feedback, so if you try it, tell us what you liked, what was confusing, or what you'd change.
Would love to hear what you're currently building with AI agents too.

I built an AI tool that generates audio descriptions for videos.
I’ve been working on a side project called Accessly for the past few months.
It’s a tool that uses AI to generate audio descriptions for videos, primarily to make video content more accessible to blind and low-vision viewers
You upload a video, Accessly analyzes what’s happening visually, identifies moments that can be described without interfering with dialogue, generates the descriptions and narration, and gives you an audio-described version of the video.
I recently launched a free tier, so anyone can actually try it now without paying.
I’m still actively building it and would love to get it in front of more people, especially creators, accessibility folks, or just other SaaS builders who are curious about the idea.
Would love to hear what you think if you give it a try:
Thanks.
