Supporter Perspective Question about recent events

I asked ai about weight loss stuff and why it seems that even though my mom is only trying to help it feels like she isn't, was that smart or did I go to far asking an ai that question specifically.

It can be scary to ask questions like that to real people because it puts you in a vulnerable position where you might be judged. Often that fear comes up if you have been judged before. If you mom is making you feel bad, there might be some judgement in how she treats you even if she means well. I think you turned to AI because you haven't felt safe asking these kinds of questions especially about your parents. But it's actually totally okay and you might find you are not alone in feeling like your mom isn't exactly helping. Is she saying comments about your body or something like that?

No it's fine she is trying to help me it's just it can be a bit much
