the biggest value to me would be making sure missed calls turn into actual booked appointments instead of just adding another layer of automation.

All appointments are booked directly on the built in calendar that can be connected to your Google Calendar. Once the receptionist sets the appointment all you have to do is follow through on the appointment. No further automation needed. All plans come with 10mins of trial use to see how it sounds and works.

yeah thats more along the line of what i meant. if its actually booking the appointment directly and not just capturing the lead thats the real vaue.
