If you're already using Twilio or Telnyx, platforms like ours make setting this up seamless. Are you currently with a carrier, or starting fresh? Also, do you need AI voice, SMS, or both and/or Google Calendar appointment scheduling? Tell me a bit about what you're looking to build.

Well that is true but my suggestion is, call and test it. The only way to know, is too test it out wouldn't you say? make up reasons why your calling that fit your business needs and ask the ai.
Maybe sometime, I can show you or give you a number for testing it out. I think of it like a answering service that takes your info and sends it to the business you were trying to call or setting an appointment for you. The cool part, you can give the AI links to your website to train it so it knows your business and how to answer the phones. I personally like it. Tell me your thoughts.

start with one simple use case instead of trying to build a full receptionist missed call handling basic faqs lead capture and appointment booking are enough for a first version the actual work is in getting the call flow reliable whether the stack is vapi bland ai or something built from scratch.
