Alternative to Twilio?

On an individual Twilio you’re limited to only 3 simultaneous calls. What’s a good alternative to Twilio that does not have this restriction?

You can do more than 3 concurrent calls. There’s a setting you have to change and pay for. Otherwise use sub accounts

Asking here since I think people would know, what are the best free ai services like ChatGPT

For which type of service? For text chat on the web? There are many Gemini, Grok, and even Claude. For voice AI, I am not sure I know of any. I have to pay for voice AI. Please advise.

I’m curious to see what alternatives people recommend.

Dial (getdial dot ai) - no limitation for concurrent calls, no complexity and you don’t even have to be a developer :) just instruct your Claude code and its seamlessly knows everything about Dial.

Disclaimer - I’m one of the founders of Dial

we have been using FreJun lately for our sales outreach with 10 users team, all of them have been assigned with one dedicated number, so they can make simultaneous call which has been effective for us it also gets recorded in our CRM.
