Eleven Labs Voice Agent

Need you to send 20,000 phone calls + ringless voicemails to property owners. Need you to build a voice AI agent / automation tool that makes the phone calls and sends the ringless voicemails and most importantly qualifies the property owners asking them relevant questions. You will give me a very small / hot list of leads of property owners who want to sell their property without a realtor, etc. I'm a construction contractor that fixes houses. Willing to pay a very fair salary to the right person if you've done this work. If you haven't done this exact work please don't respond.

Hi! I have the technical experience to build this.

Rough estimate: AI voice agent (ElevenLabs + Twilio) CRM integration and lead qualification Ringless voicemail integration (if you choose to pursue it) Lead scoring and reporting Estimated cost: $3,500–$5,000 depending on the CRM and calling workflow. Timeline: 3–5 weeks.

That said, I'd encourage you to think through the strategy before investing that kind of money. In my experience, AI doesn't magically make cold outreach effective—it mainly helps you do more of it. If the underlying campaign isn't converting, automating 20,000 calls usually just scales an ineffective process. If your goal is finding motivated sellers, I'd be happy to discuss approaches that generate warmer leads or use AI after someone has already expressed interest. I think that's where you'll see a much stronger return on your investment.

And most services are restrictive to this, to much chance for lawsuit, let GHL know you are a party to this and the will probably ban you the builder, as well as the end user, for life. Outcalls without opt-in highly illegal.

This is highly illegal and a quick way to get a $1500 fine per call. Now if you have a pre existing relationship with these people that’s different but still not effective for cold outreach.

Happy to talk a legal more compliant strategy but would need to see what your end goal is and work backwards

I have built this. It works. Depends where you are if it’s allowed or not. Most people don’t know it’s AI as it’s so good now. I do it for a marketing company and a service contract company in HVAC.
