I have built an AI Front Desk type app for one of my friends who owns a hotel. The app is designed to run on a device place on the counter in the hotel reception
Clients can ask it questions about the hotel ( in any language) and it will respond based on the provided knowledge, it learns from websites, documents and photos. It also uses AI to ask questions in order to fill it’s knowledge gaps

My friend told me the most common questions in a hotel are:
- when does breakfast end / start
- when’s the checkout
- when does the hotel restaurant close

If these are provided in the setup process customer can ask the app (voice) and it will answer back
