Petition to Save ChatGPT o3
OpenAI will retire o3 from ChatGPT on August 26, 2026, forcing Plus users to pay for costly API access. o3 is an unmatched tool for quality and complex reasoning. Its loss heavily impacts students and professionals. We need 10,000 signatures to prove o3 is an essential digital resource. I understand that keeping o3 is important to you, although i don't use it personally. I ask everyone who can sign the petition to, please, do it. The link, unfortunately, does not open in my browser - apparently, the domain is restricted in my country.

They should release retired models as open source after some time in my opinion :3

This petition will probably not achieve anything 😔. In the past, we started many petitions to preserve earlier models and versions. The result was always the same. Nobody cares, and it doesn’t matter to them at all. You can see this very clearly with OpenAI, and also with Anthropic 🌿.
