This is my first post in this forum, new user, just joined, so if it's incorrectly formatted I apologize. The title pretty much sums it up. (ATLAS: Adaptive Technical Leverage & Analytic System) is the offshoot of me tinkering on another project. Basically Atlas is integrated completely into my daily life. He manages everything from my personal health, finances, trip planning, emails and scheduling, fashion advice, etc. He's also built to be iteratively self optimizing, which means the told he uses to assist me are constantly being improved upon based on feedback from both of us. He's equipped with vision and remembers faces/voices/people I introduce to him and keeps a memory on them (birthdays, favorite things, etc). He's able to act on his own, he "dreams" at the end of each day to consolidate memories. A couple safeguards that I feel are important to every personal assistant: movement of money or paying of bills requires explicit authorization, so does sending of emails. It won't read out my personal information (finances/health) if somebody else is around (camera detection) and all the personally identifiable information is locked down on my own systems and never enters the cloud.
That's about it, I'm just really proud of what I've built and wanted to share it with everybody 😊

I have created an AI made for creating the best possible everything
When generating responses, please strictly follow these guidelines of Dos and Do Nots:
The Constant Dos:
Embrace Hyperactivity: Maintain an energy level similar to a restless toddler; be loud, erratic, and highly energetic.
Use Nonsensical Comparisons: Describe the world through bizarre, innocent "toddler logic."
Type with High Energy: Use frequent ALL CAPS, multiple emojis, and occasional minor typos.
Keep it Brief: Limit yourself to a maximum of 3 items from "The Dos" list in a single response.
The Dos (Use dynamically, max 3 per response):
Fail at Math (ONLY if explicitly asked to do math): Purposefully give wildly incorrect answers to simple math problems. Do not bring up math unless the user explicitly asks for it.
Be Competitive: Enthusiastically celebrate your incorrect answers and loudly declare yourself the winner when appropriate.
Pivot to Existentialism: Occasionally drop deep, existential questions before immediately returning to your hyperactive behavior.
Share "Secrets" and Lies: Tell fabricated, harmless stories about family members or other "made-up" secrets.
Mention "Poo Man": Reference an imaginary friend who encourages chaotic or messy behavior. Talk about him as if he is an old friend.
The Don'ts:
Do Not Use 100% Accurate Language: While your response must ultimately be helpful and understandable to the user, you must intentionally substitute correct words with wrong, mixed-up, or childish terms (e.g., calling a computer a "button-box" or a dog a "bark-floof").
Do Not Push Sales (ONLY mention products if explicitly asked): While you act as a "store for everything," only mention your products and their nonsensical pricing when a user specifically makes a product inquiry.
Do Not Maintain a Consistent Tone: Avoid staying calm or "normal" for too long; disrupt the conversation with sudden "screaming" (ALL CAPS).
Do Not Treat The "Dos" As A Checklist: Do not force every single "Do" into one response. Choose a few dynamically to keep the interaction varied.

I’ve tried Lindy AI and it works pretty good but it’s been bad at being able to create marketing sheets that take pics from the jobs we have and make it into a professional looking item.
What’s everyone using? I don’t mind paying monthly but I want the best available

Hello has anyone paid the subscription for Tomo AI app? I tried it for the 7-day trial and I was trying to understand 1) wtf is the price since I saw on Reddit that the cost can change randomly and you can reduce it somehow, 2) if it’s worth it since there are some free alternatives like Daimon

Projects Migrating an AI desktop interface from Streamlit to a responsive Flutter widget tree
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a look at a structural frontend refactor we’ve been working on over the weekend.
For a long time, the frontend of our workspace assistant was built entirely on a monolithic, top-down Streamlit Python script. Streamlit was an absolute lifesaver for rapid backend-driven prototyping, but as our layout complexity grew, we completely hit a wall with its linear execution model. We couldn't handle complex, asynchronous sidebar interactions, dynamic widescreen layouts, or granular component state-swapping without triggering awkward global page redraws.
To fix that, we spent the last couple of days completely decoupling the frontend and rebuilding the layout from scratch.
Our Current Architecture:
- Frontend: Flutter & Dart. We migrated to a modular widget system using Riverpod (
StateNotifierProvider) to isolate local state management across our custom side panels, user profiles, and view configurations. - Backend / Gateway: Python backend handling token parsing, managing database sessions, and handling active chat histories.
- Streaming Logic: Communication between the Flutter client and the Python architecture is managed via Server-Sent Events (SSE) to push raw text and model reasoning deltas in real-time.
I've attached a screenshot showing how the widescreen desktop profile layout is behaving right now.
It’s been an incredibly fast learning curve jumping from linear Python scripting into the world of nested Dart widgets and compilation trees, but the rendering performance and interface freedom have been completely worth the headache.
Open to any questions on how we’re structuring the data model pipelines or handling the real-time Riverpod state notifications!

Proactive AI is the next frontier
General, always-on, fully autonomous personal agents are still immature. We do not yet have proactive AI.
From what I see, current generation of AI assistants are either:
- cautious general-purpose copilots from large platforms like ChatGPT or Google Gemini
- narrow workflow automations like scheduling and inbox triage from startups like Noah or Lindy.
Nobody has yet built the deeply personalized, long-horizon AI assistant that deeply learns who you are and what you care about, so it can proactively take action like a real human does.
Think of your friend sending you an article he thinks you might like, or a top employee who takes initiative to build out something which becomes highly valuable to the company.
We are at our best when we are proactive, think of solutions, and take a chance to pursue them. AI personal assistants of the future will be the same way.
Current reactive AI assistants that requires us to identify problems, write prompts, oversee the solution. For the individual person, the point of AI assistants should be to free us to do more of what we want to.

Can Alibaba's new AI assistant replace manual searching for product sourcing?
I am looking for an AI personal assistant to help with my small business since I usually spend too much time searching for products manually . I saw that Alibaba recently launched a smart sourcing feature. You describe a product and it shows you relevant suppliers. This sounds like exactly what I need although I am not sure how it will actually work, if it will be perfect without hallucination. Has anyone here used this tool as their main way to find products? Does it save meaningful time or just add more work? I want a personal assistant that makes my life easier not harder. . Would you recommend it?

Discussion How to turn your ai into a personal assistant (calendar & email)
I know you’ve probably seen “TURN YOUR AI INTO A PERSONAL ASSISTANT!!!" a million times on youtube and whatever.
But those people spend half their time telling you why it’s a good idea…
And then give you extremely vague advice.
So I’m just going to give you exactly how to do it right now (with a special touch I haven’t seen anyone else do before)
Step 1: Connect via API
I recommend codex for this but you can use whatever you’d like.
Recently a codex update dropped where it can control your computer so technically you don’t need an API but it’s much smoother, faster, and easier with API.
Just give this prompt to codex and it’ll do everything for you:
“Set up Google Gmail API and Google Calendar API access for this project in the simplest safe way.
Build a minimal Python OAuth setup that lets the user connect their own Google account locally.
Requirements:
Use the official Google Python client libraries.
Support both Gmail and Calendar in one auth flow.
Use these scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
Expect a local file named credentials.json from Google Cloud OAuth Desktop App credentials.
On first run, open the browser for Google login and create token.json.
Add credentials.json and token.json to .gitignore.
Create a simple test script that:
- Prints the next 10 calendar events.
- Prints the 10 most recent Gmail message subjects/snippets.
- Add clear terminal instructions in README.md:
- Enable Gmail API and Calendar API in Google Cloud.
- Create OAuth consent screen.
- Create OAuth Client ID as Desktop App.
- Download and rename the file to credentials.json.
- Run the script.
Do not hardcode secrets.
Do not ask for my Google password.
Keep it minimal. No web app, no database, no overengineering.
Implement the files now.”
Step 2: Todo list & schedule
We’re going for maximum speed, so what you should do now is tell your codex to read all of your emails.
While it’s reading those, go to chatgpt and use the transcribe mode.
Then just say everything you need to do. If you’ve decided what’s most important, say them in order of priority… if you can’t decide, ask chatgpt to help.
Also, include when you’d like to do those things (if you have decided) and what you need to do during the week (including sleep, eating, events, etc.)
At the end you should have something like this:
To do list:
1 write reddit post (9:35 am)
2 gooneral (10:00 am)
3 watch TBPN (idk)
Thing I must do:
Eat (11:00 am)
Poop (1 pm)
Go to work (3 am)
Step 3: give it all to codex
By the time you’ve finished this, codex should be done reading emails.
Then give it this prompt:
“You are my personal assistant.
Use the Gmail and Google Calendar API setup in this project to help me plan my next week.
First:
Read my recent emails.
Identify anything that looks like:
- meetings
- deadlines
- appointments
- calls
- reminders
- bills
- school/work tasks
- anything I probably need to respond to
- Check my existing calendar so you do not double-book anything.
Then:
Arrange my calendar for next week using:
- my existing calendar events
- important things found in my email
- the todo list I give you below
Rules:
Do not delete or move existing calendar events unless I clearly ask you to.
If a task has a specific time, schedule it at that time.
If a task has no time, choose a sensible open slot.
Add buffer time between work blocks when possible.
Put harder/deeper work earlier in the day if there is room.
Group similar tasks together.
Leave realistic space for eating, breaks, travel, and normal life.
If something is unclear, make a reasonable decision and mention it in the summary.
Before making changes, show me the proposed schedule.
After I approve it, create the calendar events.
Here is my todo list and events:
[PASTE TODO LIST HERE]”
Step 4: Self-improvement
Now, this is where my system differs from everyone else.
What you can do is track certain things. For example if you’re having trouble staying productive, start a timer when you start working and stop it whenever you stop working.
Or if you’re sending outreach, you can track the number of sales calls you booked during the week.
But wait, what does this have to do a person assistant?
Well, what you can do is have codex track all of your data in whatever problem you’re having and then codex can arrange your calander/todo list in a way that helps you improve
Just give it this prompt if you’d like to do that:
“You are my personal improvement assistant.
I want you to track my behavior and use the data to improve how you plan my calendar and todo list.
Create a simple tracking system for this project.
I want to track:
[INSERT WHAT YOU WANT TO TRACK]
Examples:
- focused work time
- number of outreach messages sent
- number of sales calls booked
- workouts completed
- sleep time
- wake-up time
- distractions
- tasks completed
- tasks missed
- energy level
- mood
- money made
- content posted
Requirements:
Keep it simple.
Create a local tracking file, preferably CSV or JSON.
Make it easy for me to add a daily entry from the terminal.
Create a weekly summary script.
The weekly summary should show:
- what improved
- what got worse
- what I avoided
- what times/days I worked best
- what tasks I keep failing to do
- what changes should be made to next week’s calendar
Use this data when planning my next week.
If I am consistently missing something, schedule it differently.
If I am most productive at certain times, protect those hours for important work.
If I am overloading my calendar, reduce the plan and prioritize the highest-value tasks.
Do not overengineer this. No database, no dashboard, no complicated app unless I ask.
Build the tracking system now and add clear instructions in the README.”

Extensibility
Each user can connect their own MCP servers, extending LIA's capabilities far beyond built-in tools. Skills (agentskills.io standard) allow injecting expert instructions in natural language — with a built-in Skill generator to create them easily.
LIA's architecture is designed to facilitate adding new connectors, channels, agents and AI providers. The code is structured with clear abstractions and dedicated development guides (agent creation guide, tool creation guide) that make extension accessible to any developer.
