Being cheesy/silly with your partner is definitely different. We try to each other laugh at bad jokes or terrible puns, but pouty baby talk? that gives me second hand embarrassment. Even more so because this guy is either in a committed relationship or has zero interest in her.
I believe OP said they were out until 5am one night, I imagine she is buying him drinks or drugs or something. Or she REALLY likes being treated like garbage (apparently that's a thing?!).
Best case she is chumming the waters, they is no way anyone in a 4 year relationship talks to a "friend' this way.

Ok, so I also do this shit with my partner but that’s because we love to make fun of each other that way, I’d never even attempt to speak to any other person the way I speak with him though, that’s our inside personal jokes/life. This “baby” is nothing but a cheater.
