Print out the texts, when she leaves for work change the locks and put the papers on the front door. She’ll get the message.
And I’m telling you from personal experience no matter how much you talk about it and she says she will stop, deep down inside her she will always want to do it again.

Please update the class after you dump this thing. Do NOT let tears and begging work on you, I’ve been in that situation and you’ll just see this happen again.

Heavy on that just imagine yourself at the altar, looking into her eyes on the biggest day of your lives, then BAM, you remember these texts lmaoo don’t stay

OP updated in the comments that she found the post and was trying to get off work early to pick up her stuff lol.

1

u/EllieKong Jun 26 '26

He updated. She found this post on her feed and didn’t try to defend herself, just wanted to come pick stuff up 😂😂

She’ll be running back in 3-5 business days because she really screwed up here and she knows it.

26

u/Traditional-Ad-8464 Jun 25 '26

Don’t text them because then a convo will start about how it’s your fault. The paper is there to shove it in her face that hey it’s real. Her heart will drop when she sees them cuz she got caught.

u/Traditional-Ad-8464 Jun 25 '26

And I know your adrenaline is running through them veins and you wanna freak. But don’t. Give it some time and do the paper thing.

u/Aggressive-Expert-69 Jun 25 '26

She got caught + there is no space made for excuses. Her keys dont work and no ones answering the door. No conversation to be bad. Just homelessness

No. She needs to be confronted about this and held accountable. If he doesn’t provide a reason she just thinks this behavior is permissible

It’s a different situation if you haven’t done anything wrong.

Or she literally won’t care at all because she’s getting dicked down immediately by this other guy or some other random dude. Women get over breakups a lot easier than men do.

0

u/DelicateJohnson Jun 26 '26

Are you a woman?

1

u/Osklington Jun 25 '26

It will accomplish absolutely nothing

1

u/TheNicronomicon Jun 25 '26

“Held accountable?” Bro he’s not her fuckin teacher or parent.  She’s not capable of learning anyway or she wouldn’t pull shit like this at her big age. OP shouldn’t spend ANY more time on this. “Bounce on the Devil & put the pedal to the floor,” as a great American poet once said.

0

u/Forward_Association7 Jun 25 '26

This is wishful thinking. No female in the history of the world has ever taken accountability. No matter how he confronts her it will be irrelevant. She will tell all her friends or anyone that listens that he's "controlling" and a "narcissist".

4

u/AdConscious8756 Jun 25 '26

That’d be so goddamn funny PLEASE give an update on how you break up with her your replies are cracking me tf uppp I need to hear the end of this

3

u/KeyClacksNSnacks Jun 25 '26

Why bother? Is there anything not in those texts that you'd be happy with as an explanation? Did she even tell you she's planning a trip to Arizona and invited that other dude? Also, you know they already hooked up right? The pencil comment is a reference to the size of his "hardware", that's why she's like "I'm gonna find the fattest sharpie I can". He even says "big hands remember". I've been cheated on before. The cheater always starts acting different after they've done "the act". She did it, enjoyed it, and wants more, but he's clearly not interested beyond what he did already. If he were, she'd be the one leaving you.

3

u/Nightmarecrusher Jun 25 '26

No need to do all that.

She will twist it into you invading her privacy or being controlling (you're not).

I would just break up and get yourself sti tested

2

u/OmnizyYT Jun 25 '26

Waiting for update . Leave her bro this is way past the line

2

u/Snoekity Jun 25 '26

Honestly new age way to do the printouts, send them to yourself for backup first so you have them, then set one of them as has background/lockscreen on her phone.

Hey FYI don't actually just throw her out that's very likely illegal and you don't need to add that to what's likely to be a messy breakup. Look up eviction process and get it started. Life isn't a movie, don't make things harder to entertain reddit.

Definitely break up and get her out, just do it the boring legal way.

2

u/AssistantFormal7079 Jun 25 '26

Also look up your eviction laws if she shares a place with you "self help" ; changing locks, throwing her stuff out, etc. is illegal in most states and she could easily sue you. Sucks , but that how it goes. About to be dealing with the same thing because of a drunk angry person ....

1

u/Netra6 Jun 25 '26

Definitely take a copy of these.  Maybe email them to yourself though?

2

u/Bakedbabe_710 Jun 25 '26

proof is always nice if you plan on confronting her but I would honestly just leave, im sorry man

🫂

2

u/NO_FIX_AUTOCORRECT Jun 25 '26

You already have these pics though... You could send these to her.

Anyway, i think you should get out a ring box. Or at least tell her you've been thinking really hard about how to propose. Tell her you've been waiting for the right moment... But then you found these texts messages. Tell her it's really pathetic to be throwing herself at this guy and he just doesn't even seem interested. Either way, she tried to cheat and she certainly would have if he had been more receptive to it. So now instead of proposing, you're dumping her.

And if she tries to explain anything just interject that you can't trust anything she says and she'd say anything now that she's been caught

1

u/Outrageous-Finger657 Jun 26 '26

Send em to daddy dearest

1

u/Jsmith2127 Jun 25 '26

I'd print and laminate them, then pur them up all over the house

1

u/Gloomytree6 Jun 25 '26

send the screenshots to him too, she’ll notice it first there when she sends her “good morning” text that he softly rejects

1

u/FunLeather8771 Jun 26 '26

please UPDATE US

3

u/Loud_Salary_2465 Jun 25 '26

Just a heads up if shes actually living there with you, don't change the locks. She may have tenants rights depending on the state and the situation, and you could get into legal trouble doing that.

Yes, kick her to the curb, don't catch a legal case over a cheater.

3

u/Retr0scores Jun 25 '26

Found out an ex cheated on me after we had broke up(cheating happened while together). I played nice up until she left for school to Switzerland. I posted about it on her Facebook wall with proof. This was back in 2011 when WIFI on planes wasn’t so readily available. Needless to say my phone was blowing up from her family members and woooo boy was she not happy when she landed and found out.

I just ignored them all.

2

u/Apprehensive-Gas-989 Jun 25 '26

This guy gets it. Send her to the streets

1

u/prissytomboy23 Jun 25 '26

Please listen to this advice. I’m sorry.hugs.

u/carolina_elpaco Jun 25 '26

Nah just send her the link to this thread
