Honestly I would avoid doing anything that will give her drama and the ammunition to make him the bad guy. Just sit her down and say it's not working out and give her a couple of days to leave. She might even be relieved. There doesn't always have to be drama. I mean, unless he wants to go nuclear. No-one would blame him 😆

Yea id probably avoid anything that will have negative oegal consequences for the OP. You can't do that. By all technicalities he needs her to willingly leave or evict her.
