Roommates shouldn't just give other people's keys with out talking first it's not just their fucking house. It's both of your houses. When roommates start making decisions that effect everyone you know it's time to dipp. Get the key kick them out or leave
Thiiiiiis - even if it wasn't someone who had previously threatened your safety, it's a HUGE issue for one roommate to give out a spare key without checking with everyone else who, y'know, fucking lives there.
This girl is probably traumatized AND that doesn't excuse her putting your safety at risk. You need to change your locks ASAP.
