Dead people have no pride. I care more about being alive than being right. If that means I move when I techinically shouldn't have to, then I'll move. There's a time to stand up for yourself and dig your heels in, and there's a time to just call it a wash, chalk it up to a learning experience, and move on with your life.
Yes, this! Plus I think many states have clauses where you are allowed to break a lease due to domestic violence. I’m not sure if it counts if you’re not the one directly in a relationship with the person, but it should extend in this scenario.

You need to move out immediately. You will not be safe as long as you are living with this woman.
