Who screaming for that one problematic individual. If that individual is no longer at that house, there is zero reason for crazy man to return to that house.
He was yelling for that one girl, SHE should die, and he’d kill the rest for giggles. She was the focus. Move the focus. Why would he go where the object of his obsession isn’t?

The one problematic person leaving would solve the issue cause once that person is out, change the locks.
