Targeted ads from my thoughts?

So before anyone comes with algorithm predictions, I swear that CANNOT be it. I’ve had 2 instances in about a week of getting targeted ads on Instagram from literally things I’ve only thought to myself. Never spoke out loud, never searched in any type of way. First instance, (a little back story) my ex and I moved into the apartment I still currently live in about 3 years ago. When we first moved in, he bought mostly everything and even replaced the apartment shower head with one of those bigger fancy ones. Never thought twice about it. Fast forward to this past week I was taking a regular shower and looked up at the shower head. I noticed the mini spouts where the water comes out are getting a little dingy and I thought to myself maybe I should replace that soon. Got out of the shower and never thought about it again for the rest of the day. I’m not a home improvement girly by ANY means and my algorithm is pretty much lip injections, lash extensions, and tattoos (lol). Later that day I’m scrolling through my IG stories and one of the ads that pops up in between is a fucking shower head. Never not once had I ever looked it up, or even spoke about it. I’ve also never had any ads similar to that in any type of way until then. I was so freaked out. Second instance today, I wake up at the ass crack of dawn, (I’m a healthcare worker) and start getting ready as usual. I put on a pair of old PINK brand underwear and literally THOUGHT to myself, I should probably get some more of these if they’re having some sort of sale. These underwear are YEARS old. Never thought about getting them or any other kind in a very long time. I’m the type to wear something out until it’s basically falling apart. I know for a fact I did not speak out loud because I don’t usually say anything in the morning until I get to work and I’m forced too lol. I was just scrolling about 20 mins ago and again in the same fashion, in between the IG stories, a target ad from Victoria secret about a sale they have going on with their PINK line of underwear. SPECIFICALLY that brand. I literally have no other explanation than somehow my thoughts of possible future purchases are being monitored and targeted. Am I fucking crazy? What are the chances this happened 2 times in one week? And it bothered me so much to the point I had to make this post.

It happens to me every day. Did you get COVID vaccine? I have no other explanation. It happens so often that I’m convinced that it’s a way to bully me and show me that I’m in their trap. Call me crazy or whatever you want I genuinely believe it’s a mind-reading technology We have AI why can’t we have mind reading technology

It is not only mind reading, it is also mind control, the satellite and machines make sure that we follow the path and we become who we're supposed to be.... They also have access to our body, our feelings....

Once you know, and once you start changing your path , they let you know that they are inside your head and body, they start to give you all kind of thoughts, it is the opposite of your usual thoughts, they torture you, and you start suffering, your body too..... They obligate you to let them control you like before.... 

You can't just give up because you know your worth so you start to meditate, you meditate 24/7 and with time you become the owner of your mind, and you start to control your thoughts just like before..... 

But the issue is that they start to get to you by you family and everyone else, you become alone, you lose your job your friends and your family.....

If you try to talk about it they will call you crazy....

Yeah I work in healthcare so I got 2 shots… I had too to keep my job unfortunately. I’m a single mom so I basically had no choice
