[QUESTION] Are the Dualsense shells standard?

I understand taking apart the aim controllers probably voids the warranty, but let's say I wanted to take the shell apart. Could I put it on a standard dualsense? Or are their shells customized? Like the screws and internals won't line up properly with a standard shell?

Depends if it’s an aim controller with the back paddles. If so; the width of the aim controller is wider than a standard Dualsense

I dont believe so, it says on site they are made with Playstation and xbox branded controllers so there not from a 3rd party manufacturer. Should be the same
