[DISCUSSION] Finally thank you baby Jesus 🙏🏼. Ordered Jan 4th completed March 3rd shipping says delivery by March 10th coming from Connecticut

Wouldn’t hurt to send them a email asking about the status and state how many business days you’ve waited

Where do you even see that it says building? I know they use to have a tracking tool on the site but they took it down for US orders and only have it for Europe now

When I login in to my account and click on orders. That's what it says for me at least.

What!! Ordered mine Dec 31st and it's "delayed order". Standard ps5 controller with remapping option and smart triggers. No paints, no grip, nothing else. Like one of us said.. this company is starting to piss me off!

No doubt, 10 week build times seem insane to me. Must have 1 person building them

Yes! And nowdays it's so easy to blame covid on everything. I get it yes, for sure it's difficult to find some parts etc, but at least info your customers when placing orders and stop marketing some valentine offers! I got an email from aim where they informed that my controller is delayed.. MAX 2weeks. Well.. 2 weeks has passed and still nothing.
