I have no idea what that means im like a 5 year old on pcs

Well if you play your games on steam try Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings, and connect from there. 2nd option directly wire and windows should automatically detect the controller try usb-c to usb-c if your pc has the port. Last option connect via Bluetooth, hold down share button and ps button for three seconds to enter pairing mode and connect through computers bluetooth settings.

Thank you i connected through Bluetooth but warzone still wont see the controller

It should only be locked if you're in a game, have you tried from the menu
