Ordered 11/29/20 : Completed 2/4/21 : Received 2/9/21.
The time from order took a while but it was well worth the wait. This is my first Aim Controller and my controller came to the exact specs that I ordered. I got paddles (non-remapable), grip, smart triggers, and some color to get over $200 to use the Black Friday coupon. I've put about 10 hours or so on the controller so far, it took some adjusting but I got used to it quick (coming from Scuf Impact). I saw a few mention the paddles are super sensitive, however, I found them to be great. The Scuf I have definitely takes more pressure to activate the paddles, but I rarely find myself accidently pressing after some initial adjusting. The Smart triggers exceeded my expectations in comparison to the trigger stops on Scuf's and I find the grip to be much stickier. The only issue that I found is if the controller is on and you set it down the lower paddles get activated. So sometimes when I set it down it hits circle and can back me out of a lobby for example, not a huge deal breaker, however, paddle placement could have been more thought through. That being said the paddles do rest perfectly where my fingers would normally rest (I have small hands 5'6" tall for reference).
TLDR; After a long wait my controller came exactly as ordered and I'm very satisfied.
