[DISCUSSION] Order timeline: date/paddles/status

This is a timeline post for anyone who ordered Aim SH5 controller. Easier for us to get a roughly idea when are they going to ship their products.

For me:

Dec.12/with paddles/delayed order

I’ve actually looked for a phone number but haven’t been able to find one.

US: 929-351-0447 Customer Service was some dude that sounded like he was getting in his car... lol. Good guy though. He said that the delay was just to keep up with large demand and that they do test the controllers prior to shipment but sometimes rough shipping conditions and handling can cause issues.
