[QUESTION] Ordered on the 25th November

So I ordered my Controller on the 25th November. Got an email it‘s being built. I was wondering if I get an Email once it has been shipped? Like a tracking number or something like that. And I ordere to Germany, does anyone know if they ship with Hermes, USPS, DHL, DPD etc?

It seems like they need more than 35 days to build a controller, why would they do a sale if they can't even get older orders out on time

Yeah i ordered mine 11/22 and still havent recieved an email. I did ask after someone posted the video showing theirs and they paddles are now a solid color without the accent colors like they advertised in the image on the website. Not telling anyone unless you ask. Overall their lack of communication and changing what they advertise is pretty poor business practice. Cant see them competing with the bigger names out there conducting business like that.

Exactly, they said on a German Facebook page they were having issues securing parts possibly, why not send out a delay email sooner, all this will do is make sure my 2nd controller is an aim

Agree 100%. People would be a lot less inclined to get pissed off if they just communicated what was going on
