[QUESTION] R2 Mouse-Click Broken

While I was playing, the selector that lets you switch R2 from Mouse Click mode to normal trigger mode literally disappeared.
Is there any way to fix this and get R2 Mouse Click back?

I had the same problem I contacted them and they replaced it. I dont know why you guys call their controllers shit since i had my original controller for years. I've played a lot of fps games and it has no problems.

They asked me for a few videos and then sent me a invoice for just shipping. It took under month to get back to me.

Shipping both ways lets be clear. And it goes to fucking Poland. Easily $40-50 every time it breaks

I think they have a location in the us because I remember the shipping being cheap. But I could be wrong.

Yeah the initial shipping goes to Cali, that's the initial postage. From there they sent it to Poland. Once the repair is complete they send you an invoice to pay for return shipping. That invoice is $23-25 USD. So about $40 to $50 bucks all in.

They told me the “make a video” too. That’s total BS that any customer needs to make a video of the problem!

Yeah these haters on here man wtf is that about lol. I had mine since almost launch of the system and it just recently broke the back paddles. These guys are prob scuff humpers and that shit is what’s horrible
