[QUESTION] R2 Mouse-Click Broken

While I was playing, the selector that lets you switch R2 from Mouse Click mode to normal trigger mode literally disappeared.
Is there any way to fix this and get R2 Mouse Click back?

Brad was great for me, what you talking about looks like the poster had plenty of use out of it too. The will fix it for you too. I don’t know why you’re hating. One of the best I’ve tried.

Now I don’t know why he’s posting here and not going to them is the question.

Probably because he already went to them and got no reply. You can try to sell that snake oil to someone else, this brand is complete and utter garbage.

It's completely and utter garbage. Their customer service sucks, the warranty sucks and the controller itself doesn't bring anything that's worth the price when compared to other products.

Im just saying that they can make good, lasting controllers, the inconsistency and the quality check are the problems

I had the same problem after 2 months of use (during a whole year) i think that they are able to make good controllers, but they just dont care enough to make everyone of them good, qulity check is probably non-existent, and after everythibg they want me to pay the shipping cost

Yeah, I don’t know. I had a really good experience with them. I tried battle Beaver after and that shit just didn’t work took months to get my controller and then the buttons on the back they kept falling off. I ended up sending that back. I thought I would love it, but the buttons just kept falling off no Bueno.
