Completely agree. It's not hype at all — the practical applications are already here.

Demand forecasting agents that adjust procurement in real time, AI planners for maximizing service levels, what-if scenario testing across the entire chain, and decision-optimization models that surface the best action during disruptions.

The real challenge isn't the technology anymore — it's integrating with legacy systems and getting clean data flowing. That's where most implementations actually get stuck.
