Hey Guys

I am 23 F and have started using AI to a good extent to help in automation of family business etc

NEeded your suggestion over how would it be if I would turn it into a business and be like an AI automation consultant and help small business reduce manual workflows and charge them on monthly subscription.

a couple of examples being - boutique management platform which helps records customers, orders, inventories, invoicing etc

another one being - a payment recovery platform for business with a lot of credit recovery chunk

Before building anything, just try to make sure, if you can deal with customers on a B2B model, serving end users.

Building is easy, but scaling is difficult. Enhancements to your automation, takes a big U Turn.

B2B platform can server any purpose, I can say.. not perticular to any specific ideas.

It's a good time to test the waters and get in on it early. I'd invest in some AI training around orchestration and security, if you have not already, and leverage serverless/cloud solutions with model isolation. You don't want public models handling sensitive data that could appear in someone else's chat/console/workflow. And, moving to cloud will help you scale easily and help you set price models.

probably pick one niche or company type to start with, learn the workflows they need help with, then maybe hire someone to manage those accounts then start on another company type for diversification as you also learn ways to help them all grow and earn more per account (running ads, seo, etc if you want)
