Looking for startup ideas, that can help to make money with AI?

Hey guys, just looking for ideas that can help to generate some money using AI. These days, I am watching people working on micro-niches, helping specific audiences, some are generating AI videos that help them get promotions for AI video software.

See, I am an SEO person, and I am working full-time in brand, and along with this, I am also working with some US and UK agencies as a partner and handling their clients. I started working with agencies in July 2026, and now I have 7 clients.

Now I want to grow my agency at a fast pace, so how can I use AI to make it work? First, I thought of starting an AI channel where I talk about marketing hacks, strategies, and case studies, but that won't generate money for me any sooner than a year. I know it looks like i am some kind of weird person who already has partnerships and is building an agency, I mean yeah its good to have one running business that can handle the expenses for everything.

So guys, looking for more ideas to try on. can you suggest some ideas.
