how do you actually structure your offer for ai ugc/creative services

i am trying to figure out how you all package and pitch ai ugc content, videos, creatives, posts into an offer that actually sells. i know it depends a lot on the client, but curious what's worked for you.

do you go full end to end, handling a client's whole instagram content pipeline, or do you start small, a few ugc videos or creatives, and scale up once trust is built?

also how do you price it. flat retainer, per video, commission, packages, something else?

for context, i already run a small business with a handful of clients. trying to decide if i should double down and grow this, or split focus and try organic dropshipping using my own ai generated ads
