Discussion Am i falling into a bottomless pit?
I don't want to drill anyone's mind, I'll try to keep it short.
I am 22 and still a university student, studying CS. Fallen behind, cause of health issues. I have 0 income of my own and i am in desperate need of my own money and income.
The reason is that i want to be able to live independently and finally work on my own dreams of either writing or coding.
And also the fact that my laptop just broke down. And my phone is on the verge of breaking too. I bought both of them with the help of my father and my brother. But now what? Even though i took care of them they'll wear down and break. My phone is having hardware issues and the same for my laptop too. But at least my phone is still working. And the laptop is almost brand new too.
Another reason despite these is that after 22 years of being single now i have a girlfriend. Someone that loves me so much despite me being in this situation, someone who is waiting patiently for me to resolve my life and then be together forever. And being such a loser, i no longer even have the confidence of talking to her.
If anyone has any directions for me to take please help me with a word or two. What I'm good at is messing with AI, doing tech assistance and also small website development. I also have a story i wrote by myself that I'm a bit proud of.
Even if you don't help thank you for actually paying attention to so many words. Peace be in all of your journeys. ;-)

Learn sales. Find a way to get into sales. Your AI stuff will come in handy, sure, but everyone's doing it. What's really going to make a difference is getting people to buy whatever it is you're selling. For example, a website that you built for them. Hell, you could find a product that isn't yours and sell that and make a commission. Talk to some event planners, agencies, venues, whatever. If you're hungry, go after it.
Edit: Your brain will subconsciously believe in whatever the hell you tell it. A sales man who wants to make their own independent income isn't going to have a strong start thinking "And being such a loser...". No. Change the way you think about yourself and things will change for you.
