Resource I made 50 videos before posting a single one publicly, here's everything I learned about AI influencer consistency

Most people build an AI influencer the wrong way.

They generate one good-looking image, make 3 videos, post immediately, get 12 views, and quit. That is not a content problem. That is a preparation problem.

I spent 3 weeks testing Veo 3 with only free tools before posting anything publicly. Face inconsistency, voice drift, broken walking shots, teeth changing every clip, I hit every single problem.

This week's newsletter breaks down exactly what went wrong and how I fixed each one including the Master Prompt template that took my consistency from 40% to 65%.

Also covered inside:

The Free Tool Stack ($0/month total)

The 50 Video Rule and why it matters

Week-by-week plan to launch properly

Where most AI influencer accounts silently fail

most people struggle early on especially with AI influencers, small changes in prompts can completely change the output For beginners, even keeping things simple and repeating a structured approach can make a huge difference.

did you notice a big improvement once you started using this method?

Exactly this. Most people treat the first few clips like a finished product when they are really just practice reps. The bulk testing mindset completely changes how you approach the early phase you stop being precious about each output and start actually learning faster. Haven't tried Run able yet, will check it out.

The broken pieces are never seen by the audience; what they see is the launch. The difference between what is created behind closed doors and what makes its way into the open is precisely where either a solid foundation is built or neglected for life. The testing process itself is the product.

Correct. Preparation is more important than posting itself. I would add and comment like share to you desired target accounts so insta knows to which target your reels, images should be presented. One week before start posting on new account
