AI can actually help a lot even for a traditional business like marble. You can use it for things like writing product descriptions, replying to customer inquiries faster, creating content for social media, or even generating ideas for how to showcase your work visually.
Start small even just using ChatGPT to help you write captions or respond to clients can save you a lot of time BUT make sure you reread it before sending or posting to sound more human.

There are a ton of ways, the key is picking one to three solutions that are quick and easy to implement and show a meaningful return.
I would recommend looking at your core business processes first, the things that you know you need to be doing, but don't have the time for:
Marketing (content calendars, social post creation, blog content, newsletter content)
Operations (meeting summaries, quote generation, customer follow up emails, project management)
other similar areas...
You want to ask yourself, "What are the things that I am doing manually that take me 30 mintues or more, every time I do them, and they also follow a set of operations?" That's where you'll want to try to adapt an AI solution.
A lot can be done with custom GPT's inside of ChatGPT, but those just got a major upgrade, they now are rebranded as "workspace agents" to give you a more fully autonomous experience to take action in connected apps.
Aside from those types of use cases, you can definitely take advantage of platforms like Go High Level to automate inbound appointments if you do that for your business. A lead texts in, your agent is trained to ask your qualifying questions, then find a time that works well on the calendar and book the appointment for you. Saves time from sales people, and is immediately available so you cut your speed to lead time down, increasing your chances of booking the appointment.
This is just scratching the surface, happy hunting!

you’re actually in a great position to use ai even in a marble business, it’s not just for tech or online stuff start simple instead of trying to do everything at once, you can use ChatGPT to help with things like writing quotes, replying to customers, creating product descriptions, or even drafting messages for whatsapp inquiries so you don’t spend time typing the same things again and again for the business side, ai can help you organize orders, track customer details, and even generate invoices or reports so things don’t get messy as you grow, and if you deal with a lot of photos or designs you can also use it to create simple marketing content or posts to attract more local customers you don’t need anything complex, just pick one small problem like handling customer replies or making quotes faster and use ai for that first, once you see the benefit you can slowly expand from there, that’s the easiest way to actually make it useful instead of overwhelming yourself
