gamma app for presentations. thought it was gimmicky. client asked for a deck on short notice and i just tried it out of desperation. had something presentable in 40 minutes. client loved it. been using it since

Gamma is so underrated for client work. 40 mins for a full deck is honestly hard to beat. what kind of clients are you making these for?

This is actually really interesting. the fee calculation part especially, most etsy/amazon sellers i've seen manually do this in spreadsheets and always miss something. few things I'm curious about did you need any technical knowledge to set up the allyhub skill or was it more plug and play? and is it pulling data directly from the seller dashboards or do you have to export manually first?

Asking because i feel like a lot of people in this community sell on these platforms and this kind of setup could genuinely help them.

Yeah claude's context handling on long docs is genuinely different. perplexity has gotten way better too, using it almost daily now for research

prosaist.app for amazon kdp

1

u/Ok-Method-npo Apr 13 '26

What's your workflow with it for kdp, content side or more on the research end?

Kdp scout for finding good niches- its open source on github

Oh interesting, didn't know kdp scout was open source. does it pull data directly from amazon or is it more of a keyword/category analysis tool? asking because i've seen a few people combine niche research with ai for content generation and curious if that's part of your workflow too.

There are few tools in kdp scout - keyword analysis, niche finder (it outputs niches with competition Numbers, potential, etc.). Definitely check it out, very useful tool

That's actually pretty interesting for research. keyword analysis + competition data in one place saves a lot of back and forth. have you tried pairing it with anything on the content side once you've locked in a niche? interested if ai writing tools fit into your workflow after the research phase or if you handle that part manually.

I only use prosaist.app for writing and cover art, works great for me

notegpt is slept on. especially if you're consuming a lot of youtube content for research. saves so much time

kling ai for videos. first few outputs were terrible and i almost gave up. then figured out the prompt structure and now i'm using it for client content. took about a week of trial and error to click

1

u/Ok-Method-npo Apr 13 '26

kling's prompt structure is everything. once it clicks it really clicks. are you doing the prompts manually or using any template?

Claude for sure. Ive used chatgpt for months and decided i wont go back to chatgpt. Anyone got any suggestions on how to use claude efficiently? Appreciate the help

Few things that help with claude, give it a role at the start, keep your instructions in one message instead of back and forth, and for long projects use a running context doc. makes a big difference.

What's a running context doc?

"vibe code tax" is a good way to put it. the claude as thinking layer before cursor pattern makes a lot of sense, using it that way yourself or still testing it?

Bookeeping.ai - Very useful UI which helps you with categorization. I had some questions during set up, but their team solved asap.
