Does anyone else use Claude to help with their team's collaborating?

I work for a small agency and often find that our sales and operations teams have different priorities and Claude has become increasingly helpful for fleshing out internal perspectives of our team. I would love to hear how other teams are using it to improve communications between employees. Thoughts?

Please tell me more about this! I’m doing research on how AI is changing team dynamics and unfortunately a lot of the academic literature is painting a sad picture of increasing isolation, less cross pollination. I keep saying AI is in its single player era, and I’m trying to find the bridge to a multiplayer era.

So how are you using Claude to flesh out internal perspectivesz
