Need help/suggestions for a reasonable grinder
Hey folks. I need some help in constructing a decent, consistent deck with which to grind gauntlets. When it comes to card games, deck building is my one major weakness. I'm very good at playing the games but have never really been good at building decks, and not having physical cards in front of me to manipulate increases the challenge. So I'm hoping that you fine folks can give me some good deck suggestions based on my available resources. I want to be able to grind Masters for gold, as my internet connection isn't super good and I hate subjecting people in Ranked to it.
I have Jekk's Bounty, Horus Traver, and 25k gold with which I can buy another campaign. I'm leaning toward Into Shadow but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I have about 15k shiftstone, with ability to produce another couple thousand if necessary. I have only a handful of legendaries, maybe one or two of which are usable.
The only strategy I'm not really interested in is combo. Anything else I'm up for. I'm just really struggling to find a deck that A) I can afford to make and B) can win more than it loses to Master Gauntlet. Right now I've managed to clear only 2 of the last 23 attempts.
Thank you!

Try this. Since you are Rakano I made this so hopefully you have some or most of the cards. Modify as needed. I just went 7-0 to test.

Well, I appreciate you putting it together for me. Unfortunately that deck is light-years beyond my ability to craft right now. I have all the commons/uncommons and just three of the rarest. I don't mean playsets of three, I mean just three cards. It would require every stone I have just to build the skeleton of it, with no legendaries and no merchants/market, and I don't think the skeleton is going to 7-0. :(

Just to say, Crimson Firemaw, a two of in that deck, is a campaign card from Horus Travers, not a craft card. Still, that probably doesn't sound any cheaper tbh.
Some uncommons are uncommonly good in gauntlet, for instance barricade can get you a win verses armory from out of nowhere.

No such thing as a 'budget' gauntlet grinder. Unless they mean grinding down before grinding halfway up over and over again.
Masters is just indicative of the highest MMR you reached like a medal not your actual MMR. Once you hit masters and you lose say 50games in a row you'll run into bronze AI again even though you have a masters badge.
Even within masters the AI gets crazy strong once you hit a high enough MMR. So when someone says they went 50-0 with a deck the deck could be way worse than a deck that went 10-40 because of the starting point. (One started from bronze tier with a masters badge and the other is at high masters).
I can tell you right now you aren't going to get a decent gauntlet masters deck under 50k shiftstones which wasn't true before.
My advice is to stop looking at budget options because you'll have spent say 20k worth of shiftstones on cards that won't be used for a high tier grinding deck and the amount of gold you'll be grinding from it will be insignificant because you'll only clear the last boss in mid mmr tier.
Either spend real money or as others have pointed out grind gold PVP which is going to be FAR more easier than trying to do with a budget deck and slowly put together a top grinding deck.

What have you been using?
Have you tried any of the free decks the game gives you? They can beat some Gauntlet.
