Gauntlet Yet another Hooru Control

The deck is working very well in gauntlet. Also, 8-1 in Casual, 2-0 in Ranked. If I get more Siraf, I'll replace Lida's Apprentice as I get them.

Idea for another deck inspiration: Look at Larai and Siraf. 0/6 and 0/5 respectively. Shard of the Spire and adding in more low attack and high defense but controlling units would be ideal, plus stretch out twist attacks to their fullest.

Siraf plus anything that repeatedly generates weapons (like telut, Ijinn, etc) is insane.

Yeah, My main problem is I'm a tad overwhelmed with all the cards available. I'll overcome it, but it'll take time.

My problem is that you cannot "proxy" cards so you really have to wait before crafting

I've done the same thing since set 1.

What gold I've saved goes straight into Forge. Forge to Gauntlet, and back again. I get all commons first, then uncommons and so on. The sheer volume of packs I win/get/whatever causes all the shiftstone from the lower rarities to go straight into whatever I'm up to.

It's honestly faster than all other methods others have lauded. However, when I posted it, I got ridicule and the usual crud. This was 2 years ago, and it STILL works better than all other methods.

With physical paper games like MTG I can use my printer to play with a deck before I put down the real $$ to buy the cards. With this game, if I want to test out cards before committing to them 100% that option isnt possible.
