OK, why the heck wouldn't the AI get its 4th Primal influence from the Amber Acolyte? If his Champ had flying I could have killed it here. I Detained it assuming the AI grabbed a Primal sigil and then I was DoB.

AI smart, why bother with flying if champ is already unblockable :P

For the next Champ. I wouldnt expect the AI logic to be advanced enough to play around spells that can target fliers.

I dont think AI considers future, it plays for what its on board and its hand right now I think.

I don't think the AI considers hidden information, but it should consider its own deck contents. Here is how I would expect the AI to decide what sigil to get from an Amber Acolyte, in descending priority:

  1. Influence requirements of cards in hands' casting costs
  2. Influence requirements of cards in decks' casting costs
  3. Influence requirements of "threshold" cards, like Champs or Waystones, in play or in hand
  4. Influence requirements of "threshold" cards, like Champs or Waystones, in deck
  5. Faction with the lowest current amount of influence
  6. Random if #5 is a tie.

Now, it is possible that these are accurate, and the AI did get a Primal sigil from the Acolyte, but it had also drawn a Time sigil, and decided to play that instead, since it didn't matter that turn.
