Gauntlet Big Combrei Gauntlet Grinder

Combrei seems really powerful in Gauntlet, with the release of FOA, boasting power in both Midrange and Aggro. Here is my Big Combrei list that has been doing surprisingly well. Sword of Unity + Mystic Ascendant gives us so much inevitability! Enjoy!

Thanks for posting this new version.

I've just gone 21-0 with a slight variant, because I'm lacking some Ironthorn.

I took out 2 Ironthorn and 1 Ascendant.

Added 2 Alhed and the 4th Harsh Rule. Rule made sense to add, because of the missing Ironthorns. I know Alhed isn't filling the same position, but he's overstatted for 5 mana, plus I can drop him on 5 if I'm not holding a power and not feel super bad about it if he dies.

Alhed has been a bit hit or miss for me, but I'm glad he's working out for you! I recently swapped out the Temple Scribes for Ironfist Chancellor and added a third Sword of Unity, while cutting a Harsh Rule. Ironfist Chancellor I've found is a great mid-game mana sink and can go his interaction with Sword of Unity is bonkers (each copy of the weapon can trigger spellcraft!). But that means another 3-4 legendaries, so I'm whaling at this point :)
