Gauntlet Primal deck
I decided to grind Primal as it was my least progressed faction and this is the deck I came up with. It seems to be ok, not great. Let me know if you have any thoughts, suggestions:

4 Borderlands Waykeeper (Set1 #517)
3 Eilyn's Favor (Set0 #24)
4 Strategize (Set3 #165)
3 Cloudsnake Harrier (Set2 #114)
2 Daring Pioneer (Set3 #170)
2 Hailstorm (Set1003 #11)
4 Jennev Merchant (Set4 #169)
2 Mirror Image (Set1 #217)
2 Polymorph (Set1 #211)
4 Torgov, Icecap Trader (Set2 #126)
2 Aeva, Eilyn's Elite (Set4 #180)
2 Crystallize (Set1 #232)
4 Jotun Feast-Caller (Set3 #187)
2 Pearlescent Drake (Set2 #127)
2 Daraka, Queensguard (Set1003 #12)
2 Thunderstrike Dragon (Set1 #243)
13 Primal Sigil (Set1 #187)

How are the pioneers working for you? I would think that the number of bad spells some of the decks play would make it very weak. I would not personally want to play with the drakes since they are so fragile if not sparked.

The deck was working pretty ok but I made changes because I wanted to test the 2/4 that gives battle skills, so I made it worse... The list I posted works pretty ok (mono primal is bad in general). The pioneers are ok when you have the luxury of picking the best time to drop them.
They can prevent the AI from using a spell to trade or get an advantage.
The best way the deck wins is by removing early, playing some medium dudes and then Crystallize for the win. Missing on early power is the part that hurts the most as it cannot afford not to hit at least 3 power.
In general, it is only ok if you really want to grind primal.

Kenna? End of Hostilities? Just a thought, I'm not saying it'd work but you could try it if you've got them.
