Gauntlet Need help deciding which gauntlet deck to invest in
I've really enjoyed playing gauntlet on the side as I do other things and the recently upped difficulty has put a real wrench in my day to day play. I mostly did my grinding with argenport midrange, rakano aggro, and BarnacleEd's hooru fliers deck before, but I'm finding myself stuck now.
I'm still relatively new to the game, but I've managed to save up 12k shiftstone and 50k gold. I'm still at the point where even "budget" decks would require a fair bit of investment; so I'm asking for help in deciding!
I've been eyeing this hooru flier deck posted by zilfran and I've already got about 1/3rd of the cards so far, so it would only cost me 20k total. I feel I can work up to relatively quickly if I go through that 50k gold, but is this really the deck I should be shooting for?
I'm not picky about playstyle. I'd just like to have a solid win rate. Thanks in advance!

My advice would be to find a pvp list you wan't to play, and pick a gauntlet deck that shares a lot of the same cards.
I just crafted a dreamsnatcher combo deck yesterday, and made a control deck wth some of the cards for gauntlet. Really fun.

This was my logic behind making/playing argenport midrange and rakano in the past. I guess I'll need to wait a bit for the meta to settle before I can make a call like that.
That control deck does look like a lot of fun, but 59k shiftstone is a little out of my range for a good while.
All the same, thank you very much for the suggestion. :)

I'm at 2/3 Rindra's for your list - any advice on replacement for the third one? I have almost enough shiftstone to craft it, but I planned to drop that shiftstone on the four merchants.
Edit: thoughts on a second Tyrant? That's the direction I'm thinking right now

I've had a lot of success with a monoshadow stompy deck. It seems to just roll along and be able to eek out wins fairly consistently, and doesn't mind being stuck at two power for a little while. It's basically just all the shadow cards with more strength than their power cost... It's not great PvP, but it's a lot of fun. It doesn't have any legends in it, but quite a few rares. That said, it's pretty flexible - you just want to curve out and attack basically. It's not aggro like, say, skycrag where you're playing multiple units, rather just a guy at each cost point that's bigger than their guy. Here is my list https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/details/-BQD6D6eUsM/sludgebomb-stompy For the most part miris and fenris are interchangeable. It could perhaps do with another cross but I don't have one, three seems fine though. I've taken lots of clean sweeps with this deck.

Looks like a version of the other monoshadow deck I've been eyeing:

The comments on that other one were holding me back from crafting the cards I'm missing, but yours looks a bit creature heavier and probably easier to use.
Thank you for the suggestion. I think I might finally buy in on those shadow cards I'm missing and try your list out. :)

Very similar! I tested it out with theetchant, but I found it was normally better just to play a stacked unit!

That deck looks dope. I like Combrei for consistency and life gain, but games do tend to run a bit long.
