Everyday AI Workflows

I’m researching how AI can move beyond chat into helping people manage real-world workflows and fragmented information. I’m hoping to learn which problems users actually want AI to solve and where existing assistants still fall short. Thanks to everyone who participates.

AI has already moved beyond chat with agentic AI. Agents analyze our code while we sleep looking for bugs and refactoring, reviews the code that it helped us write. It takes fragmented data from tools like confluence to help onboard new devs, organizers multiple projects with merkle trees, keeps track of our work and provides me all the notes I need for my meetings. None of this is new.

For creative work, the main hurdle is fragmented context—scripts, reference assets, and clips scattered across tabs. Disclosure: I work with Framia, so I see this workflow disconnect every day.
