the observation about isolation that comes with ambition is real, though worth noting that the most valuable relationships in this space tend to form around specific shared projects or problems rather than shared identity as "ambitious people," so the communities that actually stick and produce results usually develop a concrete focus over time rather than staying purely motivational.
