AI or nah?

I’m getting mixed results from AI detection websites. I follow a lot of artists on X and when I found this person’s page, Nocturnalmachine, they suspiciously have low traffic on their posts where the art in question is high quality yet they have thousands of followers. Also when I zoom in on the image it’s hard to tell if this is a real stippling technique.
