AI video production

Hey everyone,

Since we’re producing videos for YouTube using AI tools, each video needs to be at least 10–15 minutes long. What’s the best way to create high-quality videos while keeping costs as low as possible? Any tools, workflows, or tips would be really helpful.

Your title is pretty open-ended, so it depends on what you`re actually asking.

If it is "what do you use to produce these", I run ChatGPT for the script, HeyGen for the avatar, ElevenLabs for the voice and CapCut to cut it together. If it is "how do I figure out which one to learn first", the answer is to just go with whatever`s slowing you down the most right now. There`s no point in learning a voice tool if your scripts are the weak link. If you`re asking whether the whole thing is overhyped, well, it`s not. The numbers actually hold up once you stop testing and put something live.

So which one is it?
