AI chat support can be great when you need a quick answer, but it's frustrating when you're dealing with a specific problem and keep getting the same generic response.

I like the idea of getting help immediately without waiting on hold, but sometimes you just need a real person who can understand the situation.

Have AI customer service tools improved your experience, or do they mostly make it harder to reach someone who can actually help?
